Post Four Free DVDs To First Four Interested People
I'm moving from my current whereabouts to Cleveland, OH in a short while and, while packing boxes, found several duplicate sets of DVDs. I don't need 2 copies of any movie and so if you want them, they're yours. No strings attached. I won't be asking for a kidney later on.

They're as follows:

Eyes Wide Shut - You know the movie. It's original DVD release, circa 2000. Presented in full aspect ratio as, the box would have me believe, "as Stanley Kubrick intended." Special features: Trailer, tv sports, interviews with Cruise, Kidman, Spielberg. Original DVD release means, during the orgy, obvious digital phantoms lurking about to protect your eyes from genitalia.

Dawn of the Dead - The 1978 version (128-minute theatrical cut). Widescreen 1.66, theatrical trailer, scenes from European cut "Zombi", and - the best - a Monroeville Mall commercial spot.

The Princess Bride - One of the few versions out there. MGM DVD, comes in standard AND widescreen, has a "collectible booklet" and the theatrical trailer as special features.

Sweet and Lowdown - Great Woody Allen movie with my favorite performance by Sean Penn. Does that matter to you? No? Then how about these special features: English mono track, French subtitles, full screen format, interactive menus, theatrical trailers, talent files, and scene selections. Do you consider an English mono track a special feature? It's only in full screen. Sorry.

One DVD per person, as was probably expected. The first four unique people that lay claim to one of the four DVDs get it.

Make it so.

I've meant to get The Princess Bride for a while, I would love to get a copy of that.
That's very nice of you.

Is The Dawn of the Dead the super deluxe 4-disc version?

Since Patrick responded first, I'll give him credit for it. But if he doesn't want Dawn of the Dead, I'll take it.

I'll take Sweet and Lowdown. It'll probably be a while before that becomes available on Blu-ray, if ever. ><
