Michael Myers has finally broken into the action movie, that's even more awesome!

I thought the movie was a lot of fun. Nothing in it was particularly original but the action scenes are top notch and the characters are believable. Definitely an above average thriller.

Liam Neeson is such a class act; he would be worth watching even in an enema commercial.

Taken would have been an ordinary, even mediocre movie if Neeson didn't turn it into a fast-paced entertaining piece of work. Don't you just love the way he despatches the villains one by one. I cheered!

Albanian villains? That's a new one.

I'm mostly in agreement here. I wouldn't necessarily call it above-average, but it was definitely a lot of fun. It gets credit for being fun.
