Inglorious Basterds for me.

It was very hard to not go with Up, but IB will be my first Tarantino film seen in-theater so it takes precedent. But just barely.

I voted for Inglorious Bastards but only because I had to choose one.

Up and Public Enemies are high on that list. I'd tally GI Joe as the most ineresting of the bunch. Very curious to see how it's approached.

Honestly, before the Star Trek reviews started popping up, it was Harry Potter. That series has been getting progressively better from movie to movie, and as someone who hasn't read the books I remain excited about finding out where the story is going.

I don't find myself excited about movies in general very often lately, but Up certainly seems like the most promising. (Though I'm sort of cheating, since I've already seen Star Trek, which I was also interested in.)

GI Joe could've grabbed me, but everything I've seen and read has me pretty convinced that I won't like it. I think there's a good movie to be made using the concept, but I don't think they've managed it.

I'm surprised no one voted for Transformers 2. The trailer makes the film looks pretty good, and apparently it's an improvement over the first one. (Like that's a hard task.)

This Summer, there´s nothing close to The Dark Knight level of anticipation, but my pick was Public Enemies, narrowly beating Transformers 2 (only because of Megan Fox...)

Harry Potter most definitely. I love the series. Terminator Salvation is a close second.

Star Trek, although HP & Angels & Deamons are both a very close second place (I know, I am probably the only person on the planet who likes the Dan Brown films...meh)

I forgot about this poll. What a dread summer it's been.

For me. Not necessarily you.

Anyhow, it looks like Inglourious Basterds is the only thing left worth looking forward to -- the new Apatow doesn't look particularly good and big-budget action movies (save for Tarantino's version thereof) usually make me break out in hives.

Well, anyway, here's to 2010 having something worth introducing to the parents.
