Post "Upcoming Reviews" List
I noticed that lately, the names of movies in the "upcoming reviews" list keep changing. For instance, I was really looking forward to the reviews of "Byzantium", "Only God Forgives" and "Redemption". All those movies were listed and suddenly disappeared!

Maybe James shouldn't list movies which he might or might not review! It just creates anticipation and if the movies are finally not reviewed, readers might be disappointed (like I was)!

What do you guys think?

Since those films were all VOD, i'm guessing he didn't feel the need to review them.

Actually, James wrote me saying that he usually only reviews VOD if they get 3 stars or better. However, my point is that some movies in the list create anticipation and readers might be disappointed if they suddenly disappear. I rather have them not listed and then be surprised if they get reviewed!

I was saying that about "56 Up" ages ago.... EXCEPT I wish it WOULD disappear! It has been on that "Upcoming Reviews" list for literally months but still no review. I wonder why JamesB was able to remove those titles you mentioned from that list but still leave "56 Up" there for months not doing anything about it?

Maybe he just likes the way that title looks in the list??

Upcoming Reviews...
Riddick
The Family
Prisoners
Don Jon
Rush
56 Up*

Guess we'll have to wait for "63 Up" for another review from James specifically.

UPDATE:: James just wrote me and said that he will review "56 Up", but perhaps not until the end of the year.

Video on demand.
