I'm curious about Beauty and the Beast. It's a four star film for Mr. B and on the Top 100. Will he rate it the same or will the 3D hinder the rating. And then Soderbergh? In January? Is that right?

Beauty and the Beast - 4 (this feels weird since I'm not even sure why JB is even doing a new review, other then it's his all time favorite animated film...)
Haywire - 3.5 (ah hell, I should go with 3 but between the previews and Soderburgh, I have a good feeling about this one)

Re: ALPHA Contraband: **1/2 I like Wahlberg but there is no way this is gonna be more than ** or **1/2; the plot just looks way too generic and action movies released this time of year are rarely anything special
Beauty and the Beast: **** The 2D version is one of his favorites of all-time but, like others on here, I hope the added dimension isn't gonna mean a slight diminution in quality
Haywire: *** Like I said with Contraband action movies released this time of year are rarely anything special but this maybe one of those rare exceptions (although this was technically a 2011 release)
