Which of the following "big" titles gets you the most excited? For those who are looking forward to something a little "smaller," there will be a separate poll for that.

As a Harry Potter fan first and foremost, I have to go with Half-Blood Prince.

Go to go with Up.

The rock that is Pixar...has not disappointed me yet. Family pictures that does not leave out anyone in the family.

This was a tough poll for me. When I did a list in the beginning of the year about movies I was looking forward to, Watchmen was number one, followed closely by Funny People. Although Harry Potter's latest trailer was frickin' epic, Brad Brevet of Rope of Silicon recently reported that the early buzz on Funny People is really good, to the point where Oscar nominations for screenplay and actor were not out of the question. Now I'm not sure where he's gotten this information, as I've only found one early review (8.5/10, marked down for length - fixed since), but it's hard to believe that Funny People could be much worse than Apatow's previous efforts.

Up's probably going to be another Pixar classic, so I guess that's a close third. Inglourious Basterds and Public Enemies round out the top five.

Honestly, it's a toss up between Up and Inglorious Basterds. I'm picking the latter since I am still a Tarantino fan despite having been somewhat disappointed by his more recent work. Public Enemies also looks promising. Michael Mann is as underrated a director as any in Hollywood and rarely if ever have his films disappointed me so I'm kinda looking forward to this one.

I went with Terminator. I'm excited about Funny People, but I don't consider it a big summer movie.

I agree, Pixar has been a rock. Sure there’s a whole lot of fluffy blockbusters this summer, but Up is the only one almost certain to be good. And something about the premise just makes it stand out from the rest of the pack.

I went with Public Enemies but I'm really just as excited about Up, Inglourious Basterds and Funny People. I'm looking forward to a little bit of everything!

I have to go with Inglourious Basterds. Tarantino is still tops in my book.
Close second and third go to Public Enemies (Heat is an all-time favorite of mine) and Terminator.

Probably Inglourious Basterds, with Harry Potter a very close second. It was my favorite book in the series but the movies thus far have never done as much for me.

Will have to see about Inglourious Basterds. If it turns out to 3 1/2 hours long they'll stamp Tarantino's name in big bright letters on the poster and add "Part The First" some six months before the second poster and film make their way into theaters. Up is a lock.

I went with Public Enemies, great cast with an inconsistent director but the setting of this film is right up my alley. Also looking forward to Up and Bruno the trailer for the latter surprised me a bit and had me laughing out loud at home.

Really, G-Force is probably the only movie that i'm not stoked about on this list.

Up for me. The people inside Pixar think this may be their best movie and now Cannes has selected it to open the festival.

Really? Their best movie, ah? Now you've got me even more hype to watch this movie. I'm thinking it would be really hard to follow Wall-E, but if anyone can do it, it's the Pixar people.

Public Enemies

My love for gangsters slightly outweighs my love for Tarantino.

I'll have to wait on the reviews of Terminator before I'll get excited. T3 spoiled the franchise for me, and they'll have to drag me back. Hope JB proves me wrong.

Up does sound intriguing, and Pixar has a wonderful record. But I was less thrilled with Wall-E than their other films. It was great until the ending, where the final few minutes seemed to be phoned in by Disney excecutives.

So I'll start with Star Trek, and see what happens from there.

To be fair, it's two hours and forty minutes. XD
