No Country for Old Men easily! Although The Big Lebowski and Fargo aren't too far behind. The Man Who Wasn't There was also pretty compelling.

Two of their movies that I haven't seen yet that I'll be seeing soon because they are available for instant streaming on netflix now are Barton Fink and Miller's Crossing. I also haven't seen but really want to are both of their George Clooney movies, O'Brother Where Art There and Intolerable Cruelty. Intolerable Cruelty in particular looks like a lot of fun. A Serious Man looks interesting as well.

No Country For Old Men for me as it's the only Coen Brothers' film that I actually enjoyed watching besides True Grit.
