missing reviews?

Post missing reviews?
When I search for reviews for the following movies through imdb's external reviews, I can find the JB/reelviews writeups. However, they don't show up on the reelviews site through the Quick Archive A-Z listing, nor through the site search box. The two movies are: Simone (S1M0NE) and The Cable Guy.

Not all the reviews are imported on the new site yet. You have to go to Search and at the very bottom, there's a link to the old site.

Anyways, here's Simone and Cable Guy

When in doubt, Google.

I prefer the jfGit search engine. It finds what I'm looking for AND raises my self-esteem.

I used it and searched for "penis", of course. Heres the headline that popped up:

"Jonah Falcon, Man With World's Largest Penis, Unemployed In New York"

Weird because I don't live in New York and they also spelled my name all kinds of wrong. And "largest" isn't the best choice of adjective, either. Also: I'm employed.

I saw that guy on The Daily Show. Funny segment. He refuses to do porn.

I see, thanks.

It seems that the Quick Archives links on the left and the search box at the upper right are a bit misleading since they return results for a large number of reviews but not all of them. I'll use Google in the future, thanks!

Well James is still converting reviews over to the new site. Apparently it's a pretty slow process. When he's finished the Quick Archives and the Search box should point to ALL the reviews.

Also, welcome. We're mostly decent folks, why not stick around and get to know us? :)

James, out of curiosity, how far along are you with converting the old reviews?

2058 reviews are in the database. Due to the impending baby stealing my time, this process has temporarily ground to a virtual halt. Every once in a while I toss one over the fence when I refer to it in a new review. (This week's example: LAYER CAKE.)
