I just kinda lost my shit over the new Foxcatcher trailer. Looks incredible. Might be my most anticipated of the year.

Looks awesome. But most anticipated of the year? Have you forgotten what comes out the weekend before this one? ;)

Better go watch that Interstellar trailer a few more times to remind myself what I really need to be excited for 8-)

For a theme park ride, I'm not sure this would be the movie I'd pick from the Pixar tree.

I'm guessing it's because of the park's and the film's mutual setting in Paris? :|

I'm a strong advocate of the viewing order of I-IV-II-V-III-VI for first-time viewing of these movies; selling it as a parallel story of a father and son and how they impacted the galaxy.

I'm also a big fan of a revised order called Machete Order. The viewing order is IV-V-I-II-III-VI with the option of removing Phantom Menace. (Thus the name 'Machete') You can read about it here. http://static.nomachetejuggling.com/machete_order.html

Belated response: I believe James once proposed that same order in one of his Reelthoughts articles as a possibility. However, I feel that in order for the possibility of a person to be just as invested in Anakin's story arc as Luke's, you need to be introduced to him before finding out he becomes Vader.

And now a trailer.

Scott may not have chosen the best of scripts, but he sure can direct the hell out of them. This looks gorgeous. I get a kick out of Egyptian Weaver. Edgerton looks so weird though.

Indeed, he looks like a hybrid of Yul Brynner in "The Ten Commandments" and Arnold Vosloo in "The Mummy." :?

Ah, another Bible epic, great. I guess it can make for some compelling fiction, especially when the magic words like "interpretation" or "reimagining" are used to describe the film's relationship to the source material. I like Scott, but come on, man. :?

Agreed, Noah was bad enough, but this looks even worse.

I liked Exodus better when it was called Prince of Egypt.

Comic-con seems to bring out a lot of promotional materials.

Michael Douglas in a poster for a superhero flick just seems weird to me at first glance. Also, if Ant-Man really is on the way to the big screen next year, will he not show up at all in the second Avengers flick?

Legendary announced "Skull Island" with a release date of 11/4/16. Teaser at Comic-con showed Kong so it looks like a King Kong vs Godzilla film may happen down the line.
