Post Independent movie review sites
Does anyone on here go to independent movie review sites? There are quite a few I enjoy reading, but this is my favorite:

I go to Ferdy on Films a lot since both the reviewers were on a film site I frequent. Probably not your cup of tea though; they tend to do long reviews of films, putting them into their historical place and overanalyzing them a bit. It can be like reading an essay in a Criterion edition.

I was surprised to see Home for the Holidays being reviewed at Video Vacuum, then realized it was definitely not the Jodie Foster film. The 1972 date was a big clue.

There are some crazy ones. Google Dennis Schwartz, Mike Grost, Cmulrooney some of the scrappiest but intensive guys on the web.

Anybody heard of this one?

http://www.actionrating.com/

It's scrappy and with a limited catalog, but somehow manages to include all the Anthony Mann westerns and war epics. I'm guessing this site hasn't been up for very long. He says Zulu is one of the best action movies of all time, so Kunz might like it. The other top ratings on this site go to Where Eagles Dare, Mackenna's Gold, Shenandoah, Adios Sabata, and more recently, Centurion.

Are there any other action websites like this?
