Well, You don't have to see any lol. In the other hand , I will probably see them many times and even own the 3D blu-rays :)

I'm talking more about the potential effect that any success of these sequels could have on the movie market. They could spur more studios to get back onto the 3D bandwagon, causing yet another plague of overpriced on-screen garbage.

I thought it was only going to be a trilogy? Never underestimate the potential for milking a franchise, I guess. :?

Maybe I'll give Avatar 2 a shot. Something about a first sequel directed by James Cameron turns me on.

That said, unless it is a stunning upgrade, Avatar will be a dead issue to me.
