Joaquin Phoenix is reverting back into his I'm Still Here persona.

Yeah, that intro was way too long. Aight, time to lose Beat Berard with Best Supporting Actor!

That was a tossup and Tommy Lee Jones didn't look too pleased. But at least, I got that one right.

I think Seth McFarlane is proving to be one of the best Oscar hosts I have watched.

Take that James Berardinelli! I'm torn because I love Waltz but felt his performance was too similar to IB

If it works it works! 2 Oscars later.

Also, good lord John Travolta is not looking good.

Good. Paperman is one of the most beautiful short films i've ever seen. I loved it.

Well-deserved win for Paperman.

Meh....I liked Brave well enough, but there were at least 3 animated films from last year I prefer over it.

That is one I actually feel bad about getting right.

This is something I will never quite get about the Oscars. Avatar and Life of Pi are more about post-production rather than elements getting captured in a camera. I so badly wanted Deakins to win.

James, so am I. :D

Reminds me of when Avatar inexplicably won for Best Cinematography.
