Got the 2-disc special edition of Magnolia. Anyone else get any movies or anything movie-related.

My christmas present to myself was the limited collector's edition of Arkham City with Batman: Gotham Night.

I've got $50 gift card for Wal-Mart and a $25 for Barnes and Nobles where I can theoretically buy movies. But other than that, nothing.

Just one: Cedar Rapids

I liked the movie quite a bit but received it as a "joke" -- I recently had an erotic dream involving Ed Helms and this gift functioned as proof positive that someone remembered.

I'm not making this up, by the bi. Helms kissed me outside the elevators at Macy's.

I got Midnight In Paris on Bluray and I gave my dad O Brother, Where Art Thou? on Bluray. I'm looking forward to watching both!

Ed Helms kissed you. You're the one who decided it was erotic.

I bought myself the three disc Close Encounters box set, because I've been a good boy this year.

Ay. The Complete Jean Vigo on bluray, which I have to wait two and a half weeks to watch (that is, before I have access to an HD TV), and the British DVD of the Apu Trilogy, which I plan on watching very soon. Both fun and exciting gifts... For me.

Ugh my little sister got me Apollo 13, a movie I have no desire to own and has no resell value at all. Thanks Elle--I didn't want a gift card or anything

I haven't received them yet, since gifts in my family are not particularly important.

I did order "Lord of the Rings" Extended Edition on Blu Ray, The First Grader, and The War Zone. Should be coming any day now!

I loved Apollo 13 but I don't need a copy.

I bought myself Terry Pratchett's Going Postal, which aired on TV in Britain. It's a delight.

Technically, it was me playing the part of Ed Helms that kissed me. And, technically, it wasn't "kissing" so much as "making out". No matter who's unconscious tongue did what with whom, I am definitely the one who decided it was erotic and I am definitely gayer than I previously believed.

Meet me by the elevators at Macy's.

One further DVD was gifted to me: Spaced, a British sitcom with Simon Pegg and others. I'd never heard of it but it was cool to receive.

And now I feel odd having typed "cool to receive". Again: gayer than I previously believed.

No movies, but I'm in Shorts' heaven. My wife gave me the Looney Toons Golden Collection set with all six volumes. I've been wanting them ever since they started trickling out, but WB divided them in so many different batches that I couldn't make up my mind where to start. Now I got 'em all. 8-) :D

Uhhhhh, who got you that one?

I got the fourth season of Mad Men, so no, I didn't get any movies this Christmas. I might in the future, though. My friends know that I'm kind of hard to please and my parents got me other things. *burp*
