 Bob's Burgers
So I checked out part of the debut episode of Bob's Burgers on Fox this past Sunday night. It did have its moments, but overall I thought that things got off to a slow start for that show. The funny moments mostly came courtesy of the character Louise (youngest daughter- the one wearing the bunny ears), as she is arguably the most cynical member of the family. At this point, I say "Meh" to the show, but I'll check it out later to see if it improves.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
You actually watched this shitfest?!!! This has to be the single WORST animated series in existence! Ugly animation that makes South Park look professional, HORRIBLE jokes that couldn't elicit a chuckle from anyone no matter how low they're I.Q. is and beyond awful voice-acting that made my ears bleed, this show actually makes me pine for King Of The Hill(something I didn't even think was humanely possible)I hope with every ounce of my being that this unholy abortion of a show will get cancelled ASAP.

I like you, Vexer. I find some of your comments to be quite weird. That was one of your weirdest.

FOX is doing their mid-season thing with Bob's Burgers and, like most of the programming that fits that bill, it won't make it. I haven't seen the show but did check out a clip -- they went for something like Squigglevision (the style of Dr. Katz, if you'll recall) and when I saw that I said "Three weeks + burnoff at 12:00am Eastern at the tail-end of the season." I'll be right. No matter how good the writing, no matter how good the voice acting, it won't happen. If Sit Down, Shut Up couldn't pass muster, Bob's Burgers won't.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
I wanted to see it before I decided whether I found it to be crap or not. I also saw it because Fox cleverly fit it between new episodes of The Simpsons and Family Guy on Sunday night. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. It did have its moments courtesy of the youngest daughter Louise.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
Vexer....you have a true gift for hyperbole. (I did not watch this show, however...so maybe you are correct.)

 Re: Bob's Burgers
Yeah that's right, you DIDN'T watch it, so until you actually watch it yourself(though I REALLY wouldn't recommend it unless your masochistic) you can't really judge what I said as hyberbole.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
Bob's voice annoys me; I believe it's the same guy who voices the convenience stor clerk on FG who's friends with Chris. In short scenes, he's o.k., as a lead, not so much.

Yeah I thought his voice sounded familair, and johnny, once you'sve seen this show, what i've said it will if anything seem like an under-exagerration.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
That's Jon Benjamin of Dr. Katz fame. He's a standard voice actor without the talent of, say, Billy West. That is: he doesn't really act.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
Well...I watched the first episode online and I must say I agree more-so with Ragnarok. It wasn't the funniest show on TV but I did laugh a couple of times. Far from the worst thing I've ever seen.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
I only saw the first episode, and "totally lame" is the best way I can describe it. It's not terribly, but there's literally no real inspiration behind it.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
I was quite entertained for 10 minutes, but became bored quite quickly watching this.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
Have yet to see an episode of Bob's Burgers in its entirety so I will reserve judgment until I do so. But based on what I've seen it can't be worse than Fish Police.

 Re: Bob's Burgers
Wow! I thought I was the only one who had ever seen Fish Police! I saw it on Youtube, I actually thought it was a pretty decent show. Another horrible FOX show was Sit Down Shut Up, oh boy am I glad that shitfest was cancelled!
