Post The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest
In last scenes in court room, as Lizbeth Salander is being released from the court's stewardship,

a nicely colored orange appeared on the table in front of Lizbeth and her lawyer.

Have you any idea of what the orange may have symbolized or how I might research?

I've Googled & Wikipedia-ed orange, Sweden and feminism and haven't landed on anything substantive.

Can't say I noticed the orange, but it could be similar to The Godfather, where oranges keep turning up (just search the web for 'godfather oranges' to see all the theories).

Or maybe Salander needed a snack ...
