What's your drink?

I don't (and never have) drink to get drunk. I enjoy the complexities of good alcoholic drinks. There is so much going on in a glass of good wine, whisky, tequila (which I only recently discovered) or beer. It's like a symphony in your mouth and nose (which work together). Drinking complementary wines with the right foods is also wonderful, as they bring out the best qualities of each and enhance the dining experience.
Yeah, that'll get me hammered.

In recent years, my girlfriend decided for some awful reason that she only likes to drink light beer--the kind of stuff you get for 99 cents on draft. This is horrible. As Jules Winnfield pointed out, girlfriends have a way of influencing your diet. She recently surprised me by not only consenting, but actually suggesting that we grab a six pack of Shock Top. I think Shock Top was the ale that originally convinced me that beer is good, way back when.

I like Raspberry Iced Tea, Mountain Dew, Sunkist and Dr. Pepper.

As for alcoholic drinks, gimme Mike's Hard Lemonade, a margarita, Smirnoff or some Patron.

Thanks for bumping this! I'm now 21 and have been going on something of a... I don't want to say binge because I haven't been getting drunk, but... anyway.

Hpnotiq is delicious, as is Mike's. In general, I'm digging mixed drinks.
