I hope you're not serious. That's just as valid as saying that anyone who watched a comedy this year should be ashamed.

Maybe I'm over-reacting but if that horrible musical number was due to the resurgence of musicals than I am still angry over that.

Anyone else think it was eerie looking at Downey Jr and Rourke during Heath's parents speech knowing that with their lifestyles it couldve been them at one point?

The cameramen were rushing around going, "Quick! Find any celebrity that's show signs of tearing up!" At least they didn't standing O him for five minutes, or I would have thrown up.

And why did they go all Tony's on us back there? Hugh Jackman hosted those twice, he's already had his try.

There's nothing especially wrong with the singing and dancing, but this isn't the Grammys or Tonys....there's just a tad too much of it, and we haven't even reached the best song performances as yet...

Is it sad that a Jimmy Kimmel commercial was funnier than most of the Oscars?

Penelope Cruz officially closes in on her crown for a top 25 overrated actresses slot. Thank you, Oscar!

nice, Button's special effects award is well deserved. it was definitely the best because one didn't notice the effects while watching the movie. those are the real, award-deserving visual effects. the ones one doesn't notice.
